Do you want to boost your creativity and get inspiration and help with writing Yoga Nidra scripts? Then this course is for you!
Course Setup
- Pre-recorded content to be watched in your own time before the course starts
- Live meet up on zoom to brainstorm and write scripts!
Included
- How to find your authentic expression
- Identifying your Target group: what do they need?
- Themes for different seasons
- Brainstorming ideas in breakout rooms
- Time for you to get back to your own practice
- You’ll be guided through two Yoga Nidras for creativity
- Feedback (if you want) on your script
- Plenty of time for script writing with support from the teachers
- How to re-use scripts and tweak them: to save time and energy and to give the students familiarity

Yoga Nidra training (any style/school)
Practical information
We want to create a safe space where you can express yourself freely, so the workshop won’t be recorded.
You’ll receive a course workbook as a pdf.
Certificate
Upon completion you’ll get a certificate, 7 hours Level 2 (RYS 300) or YACEP (continuing education hours) Yoga Alliance.
This course is an independent course – and it also gives you hours towards the Level 2 course (RYS 300) with Yoga Treat & The Shala, London.

This workshop is organised by Yoga Treat Online Ltd (UK).
T&C: The workshop fee is non-refundable – but we do know that sometimes things happen in life that you couldn’t predict, and if so: you won’t get the course fee back BUT:
Cancellation before 7 November 2025
If you cancel 30 days before the course at the latest you can use it for other trainings/retreats/workshops with us – so you won’t lose the money.
Cancellation on or after 8 November 2025
If you cancel one month before the workshop starts or later, you won’t be able to transfer the course fee to other events – but you can transfer it to a friend.
