- How to boost your creativity as a Yoga Nidra teacher
As part of our Level 2 course we have invited Katherine Bristow to share a 60 minute masterclass on how to record your Nidras. In this session Katherine will cover the basics to get you started with recording your own nidra and meditation classes to a higher quality level. This will include recording tips, home studio set up, software, equipment, distribution platforms and end with a Q&A / Discussion. This is also useful information for teaching online

Yoga Nidra Certificate
Upon completion you’ll get a certificate, 7 hrs.
The course is approved by Yoga Alliance and you can either register the hours as YACEP hours (continuing education) or Level 2 hours (RYS-300). Read more about our Level 2 program in association with The Shala London here.
The course is also registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals (15 CPD hrs)
Prerequisite
Please note that for you to get the most out of the Level 2 course, you can only sign up if you’ve done the Level 1 course with us.

The course will not be recorded, but don’t worry, it’s all in the manual!
- If you miss half a day or less, you can easily catch up by reviewing the material in the manual or by joining another group at a later date free of charge.
- If you miss more than half a day, you can make it up with another group for an admin fee of £30 per day.

New course setup! We have changed the structure a bit to make the course more accessible. It means less hours (no homework) and therefore a lower price!

Repeating the Course
Have you already done the course and would like to repeat it? VIP price only £30 online!
Upon completion you’ll receive a certificate based on how many hours you attended. Please mention that you’re a repeating student when you sign up to make sure you get the discount.

This course is organised by Yoga Treat Online Ltd (UK).
50% of the course fee will be considered a deposit. The deposit is always non-refundable. However, we do understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please let us know at least one month before the course starts so that we can assist you in the best way possible.
Cancellation up to 1 month before the course starts:
- The deposit (50%) is non-refundable, but you may use it towards another trainings, retreat, or workshop with Yoga Treat.
- The remaining 50% (if already paid) will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 1 month before the course starts:
- No refunds will be given.
- The deposit cannot be refunded, transferred, or used for future events.
