Do you want to boost your creativity and get inspiration and help with writing Yoga Nidra scripts? Then this course is for you!
Course Setup
- Pre-recorded content to be watched in your own time before the course starts
- Live meet up on zoom to brainstorm and write scripts!

- How to find your authentic expression
- Identifying your Target group: what do they need?
- Themes for different seasons
- Brainstorming ideas in breakout rooms
- Time for you to get back to your own practice
- You’ll be guided through two Yoga Nidras for creativity
- Feedback (if you want) on your script
- Plenty of time for script writing with support from the teachers
- How to re-use scripts and tweak them: to save time and energy and to give the students familiarity

Yoga Nidra training (any style/school)
Practical information
We want to create a safe space where you can express yourself freely, so the workshop won’t be recorded.
You’ll receive a course workbook as a pdf.
Certificate
Upon completion you’ll get a certificate, 7 hours Level 2 (RYS 300) or YACEP (continuing education hours) Yoga Alliance.
This course is an independent course – and it also gives you hours towards the Level 2 course (RYS 300) with Yoga Treat & The Shala, London.

This course is organised by Yoga Treat Online Ltd (UK).
50% of the course fee will be considered a deposit. The deposit is always non-refundable. However, we do understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please let us know at least one month before the course starts so that we can assist you in the best way possible.
Cancellation up to 1 month before the course starts:
- The deposit (50%) is non-refundable, but you may use it towards another trainings, retreat, or workshop with Yoga Treat.
- The remaining 50% (if already paid) will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 1 month before the course starts:
- No refunds will be given.
- The deposit cannot be refunded, transferred, or used for future events.
